By using Covenant ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Covenant is a wedding planning platform built for Latter-day Saint couples. It provides tools for managing temple events, guest RSVPs, budgets, timelines, and a public wedding website.
Covenant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Covenant is free for couples. All planning tools — guest management, RSVP tracking, budget, checklist, AI suggestions, and wedding website — are available at no charge.
You own the content you upload (photos, guest lists, event details). By uploading content, you grant Covenant a limited license to store and display it as part of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using automated systems to scrape or abuse the platform.
When you publish a wedding website, its contents are publicly accessible at the URL you share. You are responsible for ensuring the information on your public site is accurate and appropriate.
Published wedding websites remain accessible for 13 months from the wedding date, after which they may be taken down.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or technical issues.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
